I have even more gorgeous flakie jelly polishes to share with you all today! Ellagee has just launched a beautiful quad of polishes for the winter season that honestly could be worn at any time of the year. they are squishy and holographic and sparkle in the light. I really like them! Plus, there are some great deals to sneak in this weekend. Let's take a look at them!
Fireside Sparks - A teal leaning navy jelly base with linear holographic shimmer, bright blue shimmer and a rainbow of metallic ultrachrome flakies. The blue base color has sort of a smoky feel to it, a little bit of dustiness. It is a little sheer and I needed three coats for full opacity. But that allowed for the flakies to really shine through. This swatch is with a glossy top coat but these are pretty shiny on their own.
Merry and Bright - A forest green jelly base with gold shimmer, subtle linear holographic effect and a rainbow of metallic ultrachrome flakies. This is a cool toned green with a hint of blue to it. Very pretty. Again, this needed three coats for full opacity and I topped it with a glossy top coat. The formula on these polishes is super smooth and squishy.
Cozy Warm - A red toned wine jelly base with linear holographic shimmer, bright pink shimmer and a rainbow of metallic ultrachrome flakies. This felt much more pink/purple than red. Let's call it mulberry. The flakies seem to pop the best off of this base color. Smooth application, I am showing you three coats with a glossy top coat here.
Aurora Borealis - A black jelly base with linear holographic shimmer and fine metallic ultrachrome flakies in a rainbow of colors. The was the most opaque of the group and the flakies were the smallest. Rainbow colors on a black base is always a winner in my book. I am showing you two coats with a glossy top coat here.
