I have the second half of the new Nauti by Nature Collection from KBShimmer to share with you today. The holos that I shared with you earlier where great for all year round where as the crellies and shimmer are very much suited for spring. Not that you can't wear these year round, too. But they all have a nice springtime quality to them. The entire collection is available now, so feel free to pick up any of these you like!
Starfishing for Compliments - A light nude crelly with mix of matte glitters in white, black, aqua and coral. There are many sizes of hex glitters in here with a light dusting of tiny star glitters as well. I think aqua and coral go so well together! They are a nice combo with the slightly off white base here. Application was smooth and I did not have to fish for glitters. I am showing you two coats with Clearly On Top. If you have longer nails than mine, you may prefer a third coat.
Tempting Fête - A white crelly base packed with metallic hexes and tiny bar glitters. The colors of the glitters are great! They are more bold and jewel toned. The glittered remind me of an older KBShimmer glitter topper called Rush Flower Traffic (which I loved!). The formula was that lovely KBShimmer crelly formula we adore. I am showing you three thinner coats topped off with Clearly on Top.
Salt Water Sassy - A light aqua crelly base packed with matter hex glitters in yellow, coral, teal and periwinkle. Isn't this just so springy? I think this is a great polish for Easter. The formula was very nice again. I am showing you three thin coats plus Clearly On Top here.
Show Me the Mahi - A deep but bright blue jelly base that is loaded with shifting opalescent glitters of various sizes. Everything about this is delicious. Opal glitters are just yummy and nomnomnom jellies. :) Plus, it looks even more fantastic with a matte top coat! with the jelly base, this is a little on the sheer side and will need muliple coats to be fully opaque. I am showing you three coats here with both glossy and matte top coats.
Got It Sandaled - A dusty, deepened purple creme with bright pink shimmer. This polish looks like dusk. It is the color of the sky when the sun goes below the horizon. Very pretty. I am showing you two thicker coats topped with Clearly On Top.
Saved by the Shell - A blush toned nude creme with a pink/coppery shimmer. Oh, so lovely. The base color of this polish looks different in different lighting. In bright light, it looks very pink toned while in dimmer light it looks more nude/sandy. You can see the difference in my macro. I really like it both ways. It was a little streaky with the first coat and I did need three to even it out completely. But it was worth it!
Which of these is your fave? I think I am most enamored with Tempting Fête because of the glitter mix in there. But Saved by the Shell is a close second. The Nauti by Nature Collection is available now from the KBShimmer website as well as their stockists.
