Today. I have a fun little duo for share with you.  Two indie polish companies share a love for the TV show 'Vikings' and created a special duo of polishes inspired by the show.  I have only seen a handful of episodes of the show but know that I want to watch the entire series.  The inspiration comes from the emphasis of strong female characters of the show.  Lollipop Posse Lacquer and Anchor & Heart Lacquer have created two polishes that are beautiful on their own but also compliment each other well.  This duo is only available for one week, so lets take a look!

Takko Tuesday! - Rose Agate

Another Tuesday and another beautiful Takko!  The polish I am Sharon. With you today is super gorgeous.  "Rose Agate" is another new shade from the Gems and Crystals Collection.  This one is my fave of the collection.  It is so delicate and dainty.  The base color is a soft nude creme filled with those soft scattered holographic microflakies and a bright pink shimmer.   I am in love!  I did three thinner coats for this swatch but have worn it with two thicker coats and it was just fine.  I really love this polish...don't you?!

KBShimmer - Nauti by Nature Holos

Today, I am sharing with you the gorgeous new holos from KBShimmer!   The Nauti by Nature Collection for spring has 6 new linear holographic shades and six new crelly/jelly/shimmer shades.  The holos look so great, I wanted to share them in their own.  (Plus, I am on vacation and went to upload all the photos from this collection and realized I missed swatching one polish...oops!  So I will share the second half of the collection once I get back in town.)  The formulas are amazing and the rainbows are flying off the nails with these polishes.  Let's take a look!

Takko Tuesday! - Pistachio

I know, I know...it isn't Tuesday.  But I was unable to get this post up last night because I was rushing to get out of the door for vacation.  Yay! Vacation!  So you get this lovely Takko Lacquer creme today on Wednesday.  In addition to the newest Gems and Crystals Collection, Takko has released a few new crimes for spring.  I am in love with all of the new spring shades, especially the one I am sharing with you today.  "Pistachio" is a pale, dusty green creme that looks exactly like what you would expect.  It looks like pistachio pudding (which was a huge favorite of mine when I was a kid).  The color is great all year round but is particularly perfect for the transition from winter to spring.  It is still pastel like while also being slightly grayed out for winter.  I love it!

Yellow Nails for the #31DC2017Weekly!

It's time for more nail art!  This week, for the weekly version of the 31 Day Nail Art Challenge, we are using yellow in our manicures.  My manicure this week is very simple but they typically get more complicated as the weeks go on.  Just some simple stamping and gems on a pretty yellow base.  I used another Zoya polish for this look.  I swear I will be using more than just Zoya polishes for the challenge.  I just love the brand so much and have so many of them that want to be worn!  Maybe that could be an additional challenge to the challenge, use a Zoya in every look?  Let me know what you think about that.

I hope you are all having fun day this fine green beer filled Friday!  Today, I wanted to share with you a lovely rainbow jellies that are brand new from Nine Zero Lacquer.  The Extreme Weather Collection consists of 6 bright, colorful jelly polishes all with that great soft scattered holographic microflakies.  These flakies have certainly been on trend the past few months and I am not complaining.  I prefer them to straight linear holos.  (don't hate me!)  Let's take a look at these beauties!

I have yet another stunning scattered holographic shade from Takko Lacquer to share with you all today!  "Peridot" is an absolutely gorgeous bright lemon-lime green jelly with a nice deep green shimmer and soft scattered holographic microflakies.  This color totally reminds me to peridot gems; the color is spot on.  The formula was nice a squishy, too.  The jelly base allows those flakies to really pop.  I am showing you three coats here with a glossy top coat.

Today, I have a lovely and diverse collection from Ellagee to share with you all.  This collection of 7 polishes is inspired by the delicious Lady Gaga.  The inspiration behind these polishes come from her many outfits and wigs from memorable performances and red carpet appearances.  Each polish is unique just like Lady Gaga herself.  Let's take a look at these beauties!

It's Sunday, time for the next prompt of the weekly version of the 31 Day Nail Art Challenge.  This week, we are creating nail art inspired by the color orange.  Orange is one of my favorite colors.  I used to never like orange, but once it became my university color I was hooked.  Basically, I have a tone of orange nail polish.  So I decided to gather up a group of Zoya polishes in a variety of orange shades and create a fun waterfall manicure.

I hope you were able to snag all of the pretty new takkitos during the preorder this past Friday!  If you missed it, do not fret.  Takko Lacquer will be having a regular restock of all of the new shades.  Today, we are going to take a closer look at one of the newest shades from the Gems and Crystals Collection.  I am seriously in love with each of these new polishes.  "Lace Onyx" is a black jelly with those delicious soft, silver holographic microflakies that predominate in this collection.  The holo effect is soft and scattered.  What makes this polish different from Zoya's Storm is the golden/bronze microflakie shimmer.  It really warms up the polish as a whole.  The formula was nice a squishy.  It is a little on the sheer side.  I am showing you three coats with a glossy top coat here.
