I have an oldie to share with you today. Takko Lacquer has released a few thermal polishes in the past and "Snow Bunny" is one of them. This polish was originally released in winter of 2014. I was able to snag a bottle from a destash sale earlier this year. I am always on the hunt to complete my Takko collection! My bottle of "Snow Bunny" doesn't make a thermal transition anymore but I am more than happy with it's resting color, so I don't mind.
Originally, Snow Bunny was a blue toned off white creme that shifted to a brighter baby blue when cold that had a fine silver shimmer running throughout. My bottle does not shift anymore and the base color has become more of a blue toned light dove grey with that same silver shimmer running through it. I have seen many other bottles for sale in destashes look just like mine. So, if you snag one in a destash, chances are it will look like this. The formula was still very nice and I only needed two coats for full opacity. I very much enjoy this color and probably prefer it to it's original thermal version. The silver shimmer is just great!
Since I got this in a destash sale, I cannot tell you where to get your own bottle. I have seen bottles pop up on Storenvy and Ebay several times. I highly doubt that this exact polish will ever be restocked since the thermal properites don't seem to have longevity. But if you like this blue/grey color, look for a bottle of your own!
