Guess where I am right now? I am in Copenhagen! And having a good ole time. So I have some swatches of the last shade in the Takko Lacquer Metallics in Poetry Trio to share with you. I showed you the other two polishes in this trio previously (My Sun and All My Stars) which were gold and rose gold. "My Moon" is the silvery version. This has the same formula as the rest of the trio. Very shiny, very blingy and very metallic.
My Moon has a clear base that is filled with tiny metallic dark silver flakies, linear holographic sparkle and silver holographic microglitters. This ish is gorgeous! I love using polishes like this for accent nails. Just like a little bit of jewelry to pull an outfit together. Since the base is clear, you ca use this as a topper if you want. Or you can layer it up to reach full opacity like I did here. This is three coats with glossy top coat.
The Metallics in Poetry Trio was released in August along with the Later Summer 2017 collection. The preorders should be out by now, so we might be getting some news on restocks soon. Be sure to follow Takko Lacquer on social media for all the latest updates.
