I was recently given the opportunity to review several polishes from a new indie polish brand called Neener Neener Nails, several days ago I showed you Santa's Lil Devil, the red in the bottle shots below. Today I'll be showing you Sassy Gal.

The bottles come wrapped beautifully in lacy fabric and tied with a bow. I really loved this cute touch.

Sassy Gal is a sheer blue jelly loaded with blue glitter and blue shimmer. It's definitely a layering polish, so I layered it over China Glaze manhunt, a blue creme. The formula was good, a bit thinner than Santa's Lil Devil, but easier to apply for that reason, this is two coats over the blue creme. The glitter distributed easily, and that shimmer... so absolutely gorgeous.

I took so many photos of this one trying to catch how gorgeous the blue shimmer looks over the blue creme, but it was a bit shy. It's very obvious, sparkly, and gorgeous on the nail. Sassy Gal would look amazing layered over a lighter blue as well, but I love how the base color and the glitter match.

This is just so much prettier in person! I wish I could have captured that gorgeous shimmer to show you. What do you think of Neener Neener Nails? I'm very fond of my two bottles and I'm sure I'll purchase from them again.
