Cirque Colors - Nordstrom x Vans Pop-In Shop Nail Art Kits

Hello!

I have a fun nail art kits from Cirque Colors to share with you all today.  Cirque Colors has once again teamed up with the Nordstrom Pop- In Shops to provide some fun nail polishes.  This month's Pop-In Shop is featuring Vans for their 50 year anniversary.  These exclusive shops have limited edition products exclusive to the shop.  Cirque Colors took inspiration from some classic Vans shoe designs to create three nail art kits.  Each kit contains two colors from Cirque along with a sheet of nail vinyls to help you create a fun nail art look.  I have all three kits to share with you today.  You will get to see nail art on some super long nails! (well...they may not be long to most people, but they are very long for me)

Stripe Kit

In this kit, you will get two creme polishes and a sheet of striped nail vinyls.  The two colors in this kit are exclusive to the Pop-In Shop and won't be sold elsewhere.  "Skate Date" is a light cotton candy pink creme.  "Big Wave" is a baby blue creme.  Both of these colors have a wonderful creamy formula.  I am showing you two coats with a glossy top coat in the plain photo.  Then, I used the stripe nail vinyls to create the striped look on my two middle nails.  A little pink and blue skittlette!  This was my favorite kit.

Checkerboard Kit

In this kit, you will get two classic shades from Cirque Colors and some checkerboard vinyls.  Black and white checkerboard is classic Vans show design.  Even I had a pair of those classic shoes when I was younger.  The one coat black creme polish is "Memento Mori" and the two coat white creme is "Carpe Diem".  Both of these polishes are part of Cirque Colors Back to Basics Set.  You can get them from their online store individually as well.  They are great staples to any collection.  "Carpe Diem" looks like a plain white creme but there is a subtle golden sheen in the bottle which doesn't totally show up on the nail.  I used the checkerboard stencils for my middle nails, black over white.

Hawaiian Kit

This kit contains two colors from the Cirque Metropolis collection and floral nail vinyls in two designs.  You can purchase these two colors separately from the Cirque site but no the stencils.  "Midnight Cowboy" is a deep navy creme that is opaque in two coats.  "Rogue Rockefeller" is a deep red burgundy creme that is opaque in 2-3 coats.  Both of these did stain my cuticles a little bit during clean up but didn't stain my actual nails.  The stencils are a hibiscus flower and a star shaped flower.  The stencils can be used in two ways.  You can use the silhouette of the flowers or the outline.  I used the silhouette of both of them for this manicure.  I only wanted to use the two polishes in this kit so the red based nails look the best.  This would also look great with using the red and blue as a base and white flowers stenciled on top.  I will have to try that way!

Each of these kits retail for $28 each.  They can only be purchased from the Nordstrom Pop-In shops, either in store or online.  There are 8 stores in the US and Canada that you can see these polishes in person.  They list them all on the Pop-In Shop site.  They will only be available until September 4th, so grab them while you can!

Many thanks!

  1. Wow, your nails really are long! :) I think I never saw them like this. I think I like the light pink and blue set the most. :)
