Tillie Polish - Glamorous Collection

Hello ladies!

I have a new collection to share from one of my favorite indie brands, Tillie Polish!  I just love all the polishes these sisters create.  Their cremes are creamy and opaque and some of my go to picks for base colors.  And there are some great cremes in this collection.  Tillie Polish has released the Fall/Winter collection called Glamorous...and it is glamorous!  We have a great mix of muted and bright tones as well as a great glitter.  Let's get to it!

First...let's just talk about this bright and beautiful blue creme!  "Queen Bee" is such a great blue for that transition between fall and winter.  I used two coats with top coat for this swatch.  So beautiful and opaque!  Flawless formula, just what I have come to expect from a Tillie creme.

Next is "Posh" which is a grey toned taupe creme.  Again, this creme was nice an opaque with a great formula.  I am a sucker for taupey neutral polishes.  This color may not be life changing or completely unique but will no doubt be a polish I grad when I want to just wear a nice work-appropriate mani.  (except I would usually wear at least one textured accent nail with it...right?!?!)  I used 2 coats with a top coat for this swatch.

"Royals" is a favorite for me in this collection.  I do tend to gravitate towards coppery/orangey colors, but not usually metallic finishes.  The metallic finish on this polish was so easy to work with.  I did not have to spend time finessing the brush strokes to look nice like I do with a number of metallics.  This could have easily been a one coater, but I used two in this swatch.  Isn't this such a rich fall shade!

The only glitter polish in this collection is "Glam Squad".  This has a clear base with tons of gold shimmer and tiny gold glitters.  I used two coats and you can just barely make out my visible nail line.  You could do three coats to make it even more opaque.   I prefer this glitter on it's own, but you can layer this over a base color.  It makes a great little accent nail!

Lastly, is "Ethereal" which was the most sheer out of this collection.  The color is a peachy nude shade which would really compliment lighter skin tones.  I did need three coats to even everything out and be totally opaque which gave is a mice squishy look once it was top coated.  Its quite girly and soft color.

So which colors were your favorites?  I would have to pick Royals and Queen Bee as my faves, even though I will probably wear Posh more often.  You can purchase this collection as a set for $40 or individually for $8 each.  Be sure to follow Tillie Polish on their social media accounts for sale announcements.
