I hope you all had a love holiday! Mine was short and busy but still nice. Today, I have another older Takko Lacquer shade that I scored in an awesome destash. I am not exactly sure when "To Infinity & Beyond" originally released, but it has been a few years now. I think it is a great color to wear in the winter. It's a little grey and drab but has a nice duochrome effect. You know I love grey polishes!
To Infinity & Beyond - A grey/slate base with fine shifting duochrome shimmer and holographic sparkle. The duochrome shimmer shifts from purple to green at an angle. It gives the polish a slightly metallic finish. I get a strong intergalactic feel from this shade so I feel that the name totally fits!
I am showing you two coats with glossy top coat in these swatch photos. The first three were under a single bright light while the last two photos were under my usual two light set up to show off that shifting shimmer.
What a cool, moody polish! I enjoyed it. As I said before, I got this polish in a destash. So I am not sure how easy it will be find. But keep your eye out for sales and possible restocks on the Takko Lacquer site. You never know, Sheryl may bring this one back some day!
